Baron Properties is excited to announce the recent acquisition of a self-storage facility and car wash located at 4170 Tower Road in the Green Valley Ranch neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. Baron teamed with VanWest Partners on the acquisition of the facility. VanWest sourced the deal off-market through direct contact with the property owners.
The property features 518 drive-up self storage units and a self-service car wash facility. Baron plans to demolish the car wash and construct new climate-controlled storage units on the site. Extra Space Storage is serving as the property’s third-party manager.
Baron’s self storage portfolio now totals six properties with more than $60 million of capital deployed to-date. We are aggressively pursuing new investment and development opportunities in primary and secondary markets throughout the Midwest and Southwest. We plan to reach $100 million of self-storage investments and developments by year-end, 2018.
