iLuminate and Linear Apartments Recognized for Supporting Arts District

When deciding to develop in Downtown Phoenix, our team at Baron Properties recognized a great opportunity to support local artists and preserve the history and culture of the Roosevelt Row Arts District.

Over a year has passed since residents started moving in, but the buzz of Baron’s involvement in the local community has yet to die down. An article was published by AZ Big Media on September 24th, that features an interview with the community’s manager Scott Allen. Baron was mentioned several times throughout the article for our focus on the arts, including the $62,000 we spent commissioning local artists.

Francisco Garcia, the founder of the Phoenix Arts Collective, was quoted as saying “Art is an economic investment that cannot be measured.”
