Baron Properties Recognized as Industry Leader at the Idaho Apartment Association Awards

Baron Properties is proud to announce that the company received four awards at the Idaho Apartment Association on January 27, 2023. The prestigious awards ceremony recognizes excellence in the apartment industry and is a testament to Baron Properties' commitment to providing top-notch living experiences for its residents.

The awards received by Baron Properties include:

• Dan Isaac, Regional Manager of the Year
• Modern Craftsman Black Cat, Best Model
• Modern Craftsman Black Cat, Property Excellence in Meridian

The Property of Excellence is awarded to a property that demonstrates exceptional standards and commitment to advancing the industry. Baron’s new Modern Craftsman product, a single-story build-to-rent community, has a residential neighborhood feel complete with private backyards and upgraded home finishes. Modern Craftsman Black Cat opened in October 2022, and Modern Craftsman Ten Mile opened in January 2023. 

Baron Properties entered the Boise market in 2019 with the acquisition of RedTail Apartments in Meridian, Idaho. Now with more than six land sites of multifamily and industrial planned, Baron’s team is set for growth.
