Baron Properties Acquires 208 Unit Apartment Community for Value-Add in Mesa, AZ

Baron Properties plans to renovate unit interiors and community amenity spaces, bringing a fresh look to the highly respected Mesa, AZ apartment community. Apartment interiors will be remodeled with quartz countertops, modern cabinets, hardwood style flooring, and renovated bathrooms. The community will receive an upgraded clubhouse, redesigned pool deck, and a new fitness center.

The previously named San Montero Apartment Homes will be rebranded as Montero @ Dana Park. The name references the popular shopping center across the street from the property. Baron is excited to operate in this thriving Mesa, AZ neighborhood.
