Baron’s Director of Accounting Ian Nichols Named Finalist for NAIOP’s Volunteer of the Year Award

Baron is excited to announce that our Director of Accounting, Ian Nichols, was named a finalist for NAIOP’s (Commercial Real Estate Development Association) Volunteer of the Year award. Winners will be announced at the organization’s annual Chapter Leadership & Legislative Retreat, held from February 4th-6th in Washington, D.C.

Ian has been involved with NAIOP since 2012, and is very active in the Colorado chapter. He has been a NAIOP Board Member since 2015, and also serves on the National Tax & Finance Subcommittee.

Ian is also a Founding Member of the NAIOP Colorado Fight Night Committee which created the event within the chapter in 2013.  Within this committee, he personally established a partnership between NAIOP Colorado and Denver Active 20-30 Children’s Foundation to raise more than $100,000 for a well-respected local charity benefiting at risk youth in Colorado.
