Baron Properties is excited to announce the sale of Vue Park West. Vue Park West is a 260-unit multifamily community located in the city of Peoria. The property was built in 2008 and is uniquely located within Park West, a 250,000 square-foot open-air lifestyle center. Baron acquired the asset in 2014. Baron has been investing in Phoenix since 2004 and currently owns and operates over 2,000 multifamily units in the Phoenix market.
