VALUE-ADD RENOVATION

We are experienced and successful in determining the income lift potential for any new product installed, which allows us to meet or exceed the income requirements of our stakeholders. We have a designated Capital Project Manager to ensure all aspects of the renovation process are completed within budget and within the time frame provided. We offer extensive experience in understanding market trends and what products will provide the most added value to a community. We have an innovative approach to selecting Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) for the desired outcome of the client. Baron understands the importance of the product presentation to the customer as well as the functionality and quality of the product installed. We also utilize a team of designers and construction managers who have experience in multifamily housing, resulting in an understanding of the importance of budget control, timeliness of completion and quality of the product delivered.

The Baron Portfolio exemplifies extensive experience in the development of lease up assets. Our expertise in assessing growth trends in upcoming submarkets allows for the successful selection of site locations. By conducting and evaluating comprehensive market studies, we are able to determine the ideal architectural design, interior finishes and desired common areas for each asset in order to increase marketability. A thorough understanding of the financial requirements at each community allows us to successfully position sites to meet budgeted expectations.
