From 1870 to Today...Historic Downtown Brighton!
Hughes Station is Brighton's very first mixed-income apartment community in the historic downtown area of Brighton. The goal of Hughes Station is to provide the opportunity to truly enjoy a community and have rents based partially on the household's income.
Our community also offers a variety of skills training programs to our residents in an effort to help them gain useful tools that will assist them with various opportunities such as the purchase of their first home and beyond.
